If I go see my butcher shop and ask for a 4 rib roast, I get one twice that size, this one would be called a 2 rib, rib roast

I say thank you for not cooking it past 130F, FDA USDA and all them food police can just kick rocks, nice fresh cut of beef like that is fine to eat rare.. oh heck even raw, i been known to eat raw ground chuck sometimes, I have faith in my butcher and trust him

There it is again. This makes three videos now that are more annoying than I care for with that damn back ground music being so over whelming. I'm outa' here.
