FMARS 2009 - Hab View - 3rd Flight of Prioria Maveric UAV on Devon Island (Video 1)

Video footage captured from the color analog gimbal camera onboard the Prioria Maveric UAV. The footage is of the Flashline Mars Arctic Research Station (FMARS) and it's immediate surroundings, obtained from a height of 275 feet. The footage was obtained during the third flight of the system on Devon Island, conducted on July 15, 2009.

Unlike previous footage, this clip has been post-processed, and includes a data overlay with Lat / Lon, Altitude, and other UAV data.

This third UAV flight was conducted during EVA4 of the expedition, with the operator wearing a simulated Mars space suit. To our knowledge, this is the first time a UAV has been launched and operated by an individual wearing such a suit.
