I without a doubt think guys like Phil have the best physiques. I respect Ronnie and Jay but its just too much. Dorian is pretty the last mass monster that just looked fantastic. Phil, Dexter, and the like are a tribute to size with symmetry. Phil has the best arms in the business I would def say his weak spot is his chest.

He has been a suspect in a steroid investigation multiple times, he got caught with steroids in his bloodstream in 2004 after the Arnold Classic, his sister was murdered by a psychopath while she was at work as a cleaning lady, almost everyone agrees that victor should've won the 2007 Olympia against Jay Cutler, plus he's not the wealthiest bodybuilder, he has a small contract with that shitty MHP company....
