Friday night drag racing at racelegal this very neat looking kit car.
LC470 OVERVIEW
• 0-60 in 3.4 sec with 400 hp GM LS6 motor
• 9.1 sec ¼ mile with 600hp Chevrolet Small Block
• 53% of the car's weight on the rear tires
• Pulls 1.3 lateral G during high-speed cornering
• Single piece lightweight carbon fiber body
The LC470 is light, stiff, powerful, fast and perfectly balanced convertible sports racing car.
A one-piece carbon fiber body fits the tubular steel chassis like a glove. Independent suspension all round smoothes the ride yet allows the car to pull 1.3 lateral G through high speed curves and tight corners. Depending on the choice of GM motors mated to a close-ratio Tremec gearbox, the LC470 offers 0-60 in 3.4 seconds, a standing quarter mile in 9.1 secs, 150 mph over the ¼ mile line and top speeds above 180 mph. Performance & handling of a true supercar at prices starting well below $100k
With an eye to comfort and control, brakes, clutch, gas pedals and the gearshift position can be set to suit the driver. The LC470 can be comfortably driven for long distances by people up to 6' 7", even with the soft-top in place!
In race trim, the LC470 beat all-comers to take the 2009 NASA Unlimited Series and finished sixth overall with a class win in its first attempt at the 2000 mile Carrera Panamericana endurance road race. The same car can be safely driven around town or on country roads with room enough for two people, their luggage and a couple of golf bags.
Work through the gallery pages to appreciate the LC470 styling, comfort and quality. Check out the specification section for detailed information about all aspects of design and construction.

I just cant hook up at qualcomm, so all these races are the Lucra spinning 1st gear out of the hole. Still good times for a car that gets driven to the track, funny how when it does get traction it runs down and passes the car it races, haha
