...wouldn't it be easier to cover the cupcake first and then put the marshmallow on?

I think the reason she stuck the marshmallow to the cupcake and them put the fluff frosting on second was to try and make a smoother ghosty shape that blends them together, rather than there being a distinct seperation between ghost and cupcake. I don't know, does it really matter? It's a damn ghost cupcake.

i guess maybe u could blend some marsh mellows in a blender or something??? try it!!!!!!!! or use a hand mixer and mix it till it looks fluffy?! that sounds nice

Does somebody know how to make the marshmallow fluff or what I could take instead? I live in germany and I want to make these cupcakes for a halloween party but in germany you can`t buy things like marshmallo fluff.

i think its pretty cute its not really the most amazing thing in the world but no one is a master chef with out making mistakes ever so often! ^^ besides shes got some really interesting tips :D
