Two-Tier wage system was started along time ago..this was started by Caterpillar Inc. a long time ago. Caterpillar managed to take away our pensions, wages, and benefits..welcome to Caterpillar ways of business. GM/Ford didn't come up with this idea this was done to Cat workers back in 2005..then John Deere followed, and now the car companies. Well at least the International Union still takes car of their workers, they forgot about our union at Caterpillar..

The Union wants to keep pay high, even it it means shutting plants down and forcing everyone to seek employment elsewhere. We need to retrain the US autoworkers so they can find jobs that are available. I am all for the tax-payers funding the re-education program, the U.S auto industry is in a downward spiral.

@gregjr36 If you can't READ properly don't reply, again i ask you, where in my statement does it say work harder for less, IT DOESN'T!!!, the work i've done has ALWAYS been pay per performance, therefore i have made a pretty good living BECAUSE i work my ass off knowing that i get REWARDED for the hard work, too hard for you to understand i know, BTW my dad retired from Chrysler 16 and mound. Learn to understand by working harder and busting your ass you get payed better, so keep shlepping along
