Purchased EQ7 011110th Has been for repair 3 times. A total of 109 days in the workshop! Intermittent misfiring off. Grinds coffee very rough. Poor service and long repair time. Now I just hope they credit it.

We have had ourSiemens EQ.7 for about 1½ year, and from the beginning it was annoying that amount and coffee strength is in settings of 1,2,3 and not variable. At a minimum it should be possible to set strength in variable so you can make a veeeery powerful strong cup of espresso or coffee.
Lately the Siemens EQ7 makes even thinner coffee.. my wife doesnt want to drink it any more, and there is nothing i can do to make the coffee stronger.. sad... i almost hope that the the brewer unit is defect

I have this EQ7 machine as well, and in the 14 months I have it, It had 5 times a defect. All was repaired, but its such bad / plastic quality machine that I would not recommend it. more info: check my video on youtube: mijnkoffieapparaat
