The Joy of Sponsorship

The sponsorship relationship is a special one-on-one relationship that we designed to change the lives of both the child and his or her sponsor.

A sponsor supports a child in Egypt who has lost his or her father with at least $50 per month. But the sponsorship relationship is more than supporting a child in Egypt with a faithful monthly contribution. Sponsors provide encouragement for their children and build a mutually rewarding relationship through correspondence, visits, and gifts.

I am struggling now because I do not have a job and I am applying to get into an MBA program. However, I made a promise to Baba Kyrollos, St. Mina, St. Philopateer, and Virgin Mary, that if I successfully complete the MBA program and become gainfully employed and making a good income, I will sponsor a couple of children in Egypt through Coptic Orphans.
