That's a pretty old riser - KAP Winstar II
It's good for beginner archers moving into competitive mode.
Don't think it's available in the market anymore.

You seam to be coming through the clicker very quick. Slow down you will conserve energy and tighten your groups. Also you shouldnt wear earphones when shooting incase you dont hear anyone calling 'fast'. But Your form looks great.
