Dear John... starred Judd Hirsch as easy going high school teacher John Lacey who is dumped by his wife, Wendy, via a Dear John letter. Wendy ends up with everything in the divorce settlement, including custody of the couple's son, forcing John to move into an apartment in Queens.
John soon joins the One-2-One Club, a self help group for divorced, widowed or lonely people. The group is led by Louise (Jane Carr), a sex obsessed British woman. Other members of the group include Kate McCarron (Isabella Hofmann), a sweet divorcée, Kirk Morris (Jere Burns), a cocky ladies' man seemingly stuck in the '70's, Ralph Drang (Harry Groener), a shy and neurotic tollbooth collector, and Margie Philbert (Billie Bird), a feisty senior citizen.

This is such a RIOT to find!! How wonderful. I am the vocalist who sang this! I am SO sharing this to my facebook friends. My name, then, was Wendy Talbot. I have remarried and am now Wendy Francisco. The song producer was Bill Maxwell, a great musician. Just a blast from the past to find this - thanks for posting.

I don't remember watching this show but I loved this song as a little girl but its kind of spooky now. I got a strange feeling listening to it.

I worked on this show. I was in all 90 episodes plus the pilot. I played the part of Tom who was Mrs. Philbert's boyfriend. They were a great group of actors to be with. Very nice people.

Imagine, when actors actually acted. Not that reality crap they try to convince us no names have talent is. Acting is an honorable & skillful craft, not the mockery they (aka tv executives) display now. As Archie Bunker said about the country, I'll apply to television too.. "television has gone down the dumper".
