@matthew879 how exactly will it hurt? the bounce just curious been injured and i go really heavy on the leg press now but not the squat. Is all i have heard about the leg press,in terms of safety, is just don't lock out at the top but isn't the bounce stoping u from locking out at the top?
EEEEK watch that bounce at the top really bad on the knees... especially at his age.. really easy to injure... yah that kinda did not count it wasn't full range. Poor form.. the bounce at the top is just asking for joint problems.
@CookieMonstre i dont understand these comments; how is that 20% of the full ROM? I cant physically go down any further than that, maybe if you're really skinny you can but I cant even bring my knees high enough to put my shoes on when i get past 88kg in weight....my girlfriend puts my socks on too sometimes lol

I hate to be nit picky, but that's maybe 20% of the full range of motion? lol, doesn't count.
