  • I absolutely adore everything about this movie, I can't watch this scene without getting teary eyed. Amazing!

  • Ursula watching Andrea and all those memories going through her mind...it breaks my heart every time I watch. This film has plenty of faults but is a superb portrayal of hopelessly unrequited love.

  • Same as thepluger I saw this excellent movie in Netflix, jus I loved, I bought the cd too, exellente movie, somedody can tell my if they won a reward?

  • When I rented this movie from Netflix I never realized it was to become one of my all time favorite movies all the way around, through and through. I bought the DVD as well as the Soundtrack CD for my own collection (which is quite small). This last scene always bring tears to my eyes. Bravo!!!

  • Joshua Bell is just simply divine with his playing in this :D

  • thankyou so much.

I watched the rest elsewhere but the last bit was blocked by sony.

so you did me and perhaps others a wonderful favour

    thanks

  • Well, Mr. Bell's Strad (a/k/a The Gibson), is a wonderful example of Stradivarius golden era. Of course, in his privileged hands it makes celestial music. Thank you for posting!

  • ehh the name of the actor is daniel brühl...

  • The name of the piece is "Fantasy for Violin and Orchestra by Boris Danilov" which was apparently written especially for the movie by Nigel Hess, who wrote all the other original music in the film.
