Citizens United has remove much of the tarnish from the First Amendment. Speaking publicly and effectively about politics is easier now than it has been in decades. James Bopp Jr. of the James Madison Center for Free Speech discussed the case at the Cato Institute's Constitution Day events September 16, 2010.

In America rights are distributed equally among it's citizens. Since money is NOT distributed equally it cannot be free speech.
These guys are nothing more than front groups for multi-national corporations looking to influence our elections through corruption and bibery.

Money is not speech at best it is supporting some one else’s right to speak at worse hiring a mouthpiece in order to hide your intension. When someone speaks can see who is doing the speaking, this mouthpiece contends that a fallacy has the right to speak and, keep the things they speak secret. Basically legalizing back room dealing no way that can lead to anything good or fair.

Possibly the vilest position I have heard expounded. A few legal lies he supports in order to embrace the corruption of infecting the political process are the contention that corporations are a person ,it may be accepted , but until one is arrested ,convicted and either serves it’s time or is executed in Texas, it remains a fallacy perpetuated by corporate shills.

@goodatbaseball You're repeating what I said, scooter.
Let's review:
The word DEIFY means to basically worship the ground a person walks. If that's the case, I gave you TWO INTERNET LEFTIST (Cenk/Sam Seder) who are crushing and despising the POTUS on a daily basis because of the negotions he had on dubya's tax cuts.
You're confusing yourself. You're making up crap as you go. You've been had, bad! Now, here's your Ass on this wet paper plate. In short, just go away...........

I said "Internet liberals deify the POTUS", You obviously are seriously confused as you are now changing what actually happened. I then responded to your allegation by congratulating you as to your 'sacrilegious' statement. You are trying much to hard to get your point across when I made the same point several comments ago.
Damn you're seriously confused & I am frankly tired of trying to talk sense with you, as you are not only childish but well as ignorant too.

@goodatbasebal
Your comments are posted. For someone who claims to know politics, which you obviously don't, why would you say that, "the YT leftist DEIFY the POTUS"? Again, see the Bush Tax Cuts, cletus. Here are a few names that I consider to be "YT Leftists." Cenk & Sam Seder of the "Young Turks"
Either you don't know current events (politics) or you don't the meaning of the words you throw out. I say it's both! What's with you and Wasilla Wendy (palin) and your choice of words, cletus?

In your own words, you have chosen to 'defy' every single chance to defend yourself aptly by arguing your recent statements which are erroneous. Don't be a fool to try to change the story when you were obviously wrong in the first place.
Call me what you like but your misunderstanding of Politics is what causes you to believe that you know what you're talking about.
By the way, at least quote someone accurately because all I see is lousy conflation...
Good-day sir.

@goodatbasebal It's posted, cletus! You claimed that the you-tube leftist worshipped (DEIFY) the POTUS. I simply pointed out that, Defy would have been a better word @ this moment. Again, see: Tax Cuts. Those "you-tube leftist" are outraged @ the man. I didn't ask you to address me, I asked for you to address the "left-right paradigm and those YT leftist."
See, people like yourself is the reason why Cops install video cameras in their patrol cars. You'll lie and tell everything but the truth!
