i remember brian watson said when he retired on WSS he said that the dance is soo mcuh great if its purely latin.. no tricks ...as u can se their routines are just combination of basic movements. and theyre relaxed on dancing it has sumthing to do with the clarity of the movements not with the speed.. tr watching comps with commentator.. and listen wat they usually comment to sum couples..

ah.. in the long run u people dun have the right to judge their technique ur not well trained to adjudicate. if theyre not good people in this competiton shud have protested melia and sergey, but they ddnt and plus the fact that adjudicators are from diff.. places. they went up to finals coz they werjudged by these people from diff. countries so it means that they really have the guts to get the attention of the adjudicators.

I agree. I haven't met them personally, but my coach did. He told me that her dance is much much better when she's relaxed, at competition she's stressed and the dance is to snippy.

i understand what you mean, but when you see them in real, i think you will really appreciate her! she has a very special style and has a great expression:)

i don't understand her technique at all.. maybe that's just me...

when filming a great couple, please zoom in as much as possible until their head and feet are touching the edges of your view. stop breathing to prevent shaking camcorder. don't even think about going to bathroom. use hammer to put down any protruding heads in front of camcorder. at the end of show, have police escort the couple to you for a close-up shot.
