2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract or rum

MY FAMILY RECIPE:

1 cup flour

1 1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp olive oil I prefer sweeter crepes, so all you do is omit salt and add 2 tbsp sugar.
