"it is always our decision who we are" and what the world is. When WE all accept responsibility for everything in this world, and realize we have all ALLOWED it to become what it is, is when the world will change. EVERYTHING in existence started from Self. WE, as individuals have co-created everything together, through our beliefs which manifest what we call reality. Find yourSelf through self-honesty and self-forgiveness. release the control of the mind and its systems of emotion and ego.

"The message of Existentialism, unlike that of many more obscure and academic philosophical movements, is about as simple as can be. It is that every one of us, as an individual, is responsible—responsible for what we do, responsible for who we are, responsible for the way we face and deal with the world, responsible, ultimately, for the way the world is.

"It is, in a very short phrase, the philosophy of 'No excuses!'"

—Prof. Robert Solomon (the professor from Texas talking in this video)

Google "The Teaching Company" to find a couple of Professor Solomon's lectures, including "No Excuses: Existentialism and the Meaning of Life." They're pricey, but they go on sale frequently and the audio CDs are quite adequate.

Brilliant drawing and filming technique. The speech is also remarkable.
