Call of Duty 5_FFA_Hanger Map

Hi everybody, Lou Ryder here.

Besides making stupid YouTube videos, another one of my hobbies is playing video games.

It's such a fun experience, especially when you WIN!

So here's my tips for playing Call of Duty 5, On-Line Multiplayer.

The game mode that I love the best in Call of Duty 5 is called Free-For-All. You just run around like an idiot and kill everyone you see.

But it's not all simply Run 'n Gun. To come in first you need to know a few other things. Listed below are all the perks and techniques I use in this video. Here in this unedited video, watch what works best for me. Utilizing the tips listed below helped me squeak out a 1st place win in this video. Here's my tips:

1-Bouncing Betty's perk.
Back in Call of Duty 4, we had claymore mines. Now, in COD5, we have Bouncing Betty's. I like them better than claymores because you can plant them on the run. Using Bouncing Betty's is an integral part of winning. You'll notice in the video that as soon as I respawn, I plant my Betty's. This is the key. Usually you'll respawn without anyone around you, so this is your best time to plant your mines, and do it as fast as you can!

2-Martydom perk.
You can always manage to get a kill or two by having your hand grenade explode after you die.

3-Stopping Power perk. I find this perk a lot better than using the Juggernaut perk. If you use Juggernaut, you're going to get insulted and called bad names by all the other players.

4-The Thompson Machine Gun with the Round Drum. The extra ammo in the Round Drum is a must. Don't worry about not having cross-hair sights. You don't need them. Having the extra ammo is much better. The Thompson has a very fast response time.

5-In very close combat, don't spend the extra time zooming in to shoot. Just pull the trigger, without zooming in. The extra millisecond of bullet time you get might just get you another kill.

7-Run 'n Gun technique. Always keep moving! I repeat, always keep moving.

8-Only take the time to view the kill cam when you don't know who killed you, and you want to seek revenge. Otherwise, it just wastes too much precious time. You'll notice in this video I never view the kill cam.

9-Don't die still holding an unused grenade. Once in a while you'll get a kill by strategically tossing your grenade. Toss it!

By utilizing the tips mentioned above, combined with running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, will hopefully get you more kills.

Also, be sure to shoot the red barrels! Or even better, just drop a grenade next to one. The red barrels explode like atom bombs, they're great! In this video, my 2nd kill was someone who was near the red barrel I shot, which exploded and killed them.

Yeah, that's a very bad habit of mine. I try not to reload so much, but in the heat of the moment I don't want to run out of ammo, so if I see an opening to reload, I take it.
