@ThePredinnerSNACK Enclave soldiers start carrying it more after a certain point in the story I think, not really sure. Though I do know that it's a regular find so you don't have to go through something like in the video.

dont even bother with trying to repair winterized. winterized is indestructible. a least it is on mine. iwould just sell it. or do what i do. i have EVERY power armour in the game....just a little collection i have goin on lol. i keep it all in house in megaton :D

@jysskater No it does not, it should be accessible with any retail version of Fallout 3. :)
