Wow, Scotty and Jes sound really fantastic! There really is not question about it, every contestant on this show has a beautiful voice. When I first heard this song, the chorus really stood out to me. It sounds really nice, although I'm not sure I entirely understand the lyrics. Johnny is so cute, and he always does such a good job! I'm rooting for him!

@babyinblack I totally get what you're saying. The chorus melody is really awesome. It's one of my favorite parts of the song. It has that intense start to a fight scene kinda sound. Do you know what i mean, or does that make me sound like a complete fracken nerdfighter. You should totally check out the vlogbrothers if you haven't yet. They rock.

I prefer the way Scotty sang it live, it gave my chills. This recording doesn't have the same operatic feeling. It seems anti-climatic after watching the show.

@clumsyone92 I meant Scotty came up with the chorus melody. I know the concept was totally Johnny's though. When he presented his hook he was purely rapping and not singing. Although the concept helps a lot with a song, it's Scotty's chorus melody that drew me to the song that's why I think it's mainly a good song.

He wrote it cuz his job has something to do with technology and he knows this cheat code in video games where he can walk thru walls. That's where it came from. Scotty laid down the beats and the hot tracks, which are super amazing, but the actual hook was johnny's.
