I'm pretty sure it's illegal to have them on while driving in all 50 states. I think they can be on while parked or in a car show of some kind.

thankx man you made me make up my mind to get this kit. but to be honest i will prolbly keep it on blue or white instead of muti color .but i love how it has speed level mode,and color selection.but thankx again man

@matthewbolea the blue headlights are HIDs,,,they're a different type of headlight is all...though you can only legally have below 10000k

ah yeah i've seen this on the internet while I was looking for some underglow. is there a setting where you can make it just one color and have it flash?

Yes. It can be solid with seven diff colors or randomize all of them

there is not a law against it, but the cops dont like them.
And it can be considered a crime in the broad terms of many other driving laws.
