LA SIRINGE was a collaboration between Andrés Galeano (performance artist) and Mike Edgerton (Composer/Singer).

They begin with the question: What similarities exist between birds and humans - the syrinx and the larynx?

The performance will reveal findings through sound, video and the physical actions of live birds and humans. The ghosts of 19th c Maori culture will be enacted through the "Toto-Vaca" of Tristan Tzara.

The performance was on Tuesday, June 8 at 8:00pm at Galerie KUB Leipzig (Germany)
