@SixFootTallMidget Strictly speaking 'the logic' doesn't change. The scientific method can be thought of as a truth approximating algorithm*, so the output (theories) changes over time, as we get better/different input (evidence), but the scientific method, the logic behind science, doesn't change.
*i'm not a computer scientist, so i apologise in advance if it turns out thats not a valid analogy, although i'd be happy to be educated if that is the case.
