I think it is very wrong of her to flat out state college is not in the future of Autistic kids. When he entered elementary school I pushed the school to put him in a regular classroom with the support he needed against what the CSE wanted to do. This year he was moved ahead a grade to 5th and is doing very very well and still in a regular class and no extra help from the school. I have no doubt if he wants to go to college he will.

She pushes funding for services for autistic people. Autism Speaks could help fund these sorts of things, but they are to busy funding eugenics. They are more interested in eliminating us than helping us.

I am autistic and I have a college degree too. And you have autistics with PhD's like, Dr.Temple Grandin and Dr.Dawn Prince-Hughes.

it makes them crazy like they're high, turns into dopemine, they need special diets, and the whole gut to be cleansed and "replanted" so to speak

She made a lot of demands for Autism only environments in which people like her are going to discover just how functional we Autistics can be.

As AS matures as an entity, its going to start polarising High Functioners from Low Functioners through empirical experience. This could all turn out well.

In time, even AS may become genuinely 'wise' to the reality of Autistics as people. They simple dont know yet, do they?

Read Evidence of Harm by David Kirby. Someone called Andrew Wakefield has a theory on MMR causing "leaky gut syndrome". When proteins are not digested correctly, toxins get into the blood and then negatively impact hormones in the brain - or something like that.
