I have used this "one second" breathing technique for oncoming asthma attacks and haven't had to use my medication for over a year now, (while I had to use it at least once a month and sometimes several times a day for the past 30 years.)

This young bigot is trying to hypnotize it's viewers. The back and forth in the body language. The paced talking. The left hand just outside of the viewers awareness and it's little tension. The cure for insomnia is complete psychological deconditioning of enabled tendencies to think or keep the nervous system busy. He is doing the opposite. Creating a need and fulfilling it with his paced speech-cure.

I found drugs are good for anxiety. especially the drug used for insomnia Zopiclone. Although withdrawal sucks.

Drugs have a lot of negative side effects, where as the upshot of natural methods such as breathing techniques is no negative effects.
