so many martial arts experts we have here! i had no idea! please do keep posting your every so insightful knowledge in the comments section! /sarcasm in reality you're all 15 year olds with a youtube account pretending you know more than people who've actually committed years of their lives into martial arts alone. Shut the fuck up and stop talking shit when you havent done shit.

i think trapping works against pushes or some1 trying to grab u, not really against a trained puncher tho. i can see it being useful in the clinch. but hey, im no expert.

@talon115 That's funny, your momma plays pattycake with me.

oh and by the way this trapping bull dose not work.... but it is a good way to lose your teeth in a fight rofl....

Didn't think anyone was doing that old 60s side kick drill anymore. Very dated

@talon115 well the first principle is to knock the other fuker out first this is just to say" if he puts hsi hands up in ur way the ur lead power is being bridge or just a slight touched tah were u move the oppenents hands out of way so tah tu lead power can continute thru" in this case ur oppnents lead is parrying to the outside and or inside just rolling it allows u to continute with as much force as before and not need to draw back the and to wind up

Did Tackett ever meet Bruce Lee ? I know he trained at Lee's school under Dan Inosanto.

@iceblue4u I think he didnt have training under him, only with Inosanto.

But what happens if the opponent isn't playing 'pattycake' with you? What if he has no desire to slap hands, but simply wants to knock yo ass out? This 'trapping' stuff only works with someone willing to play it with you.

@talon115 Its important to not confuse "techniques" from trapping, with "drills" from trapping.
