Jason Mraz performing "Little You and I" at Java Joe's 2002.06.27 (06/23)
These are the videos that started Uncle Crispy Productions... one thursday night we brought 2 cameras to a show, the next day the first Uncle Crispy video was edited, and the rest is history. This was one of the last times the band performed at Java Joes without mics. This was also Jason's second show after having recorded his Elektra Album, so some of the songs were still new. It is a classic Java Joe's show, just Jason, Toca & Ian and a coffee shop full of fans!
A downloadable version of this video is available at http://www.unclecrispy.com
You can get the audio of this show at http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-details-db.php?id=3420

  • Funny that he was UN-plugged before he plugged in.....and he still sounds better un-plugged (no offense Jason, but your voice is the OTHER instrument that makes the songs) and that the record companies can't hear it.

  • I can't believe this whole session isn't an album.....

  • the first part sounds like bubbly by colbie caillat

  • "I wrote this song for my cat"

  • lol whos that one loser

  • @chefrob1020 there is a java joe's album, not this one specifically but its so good.

  • @YoAmigos i'm pretty sure that wasn't on purpose. i think that was a stroke victim that has trouble clicking.

or a cat walked across the keyboard.

there are a myriad of explanations that make more sense than someone actually not liking this song.

  • @flyguy225

no studio version, but there's the album "jason mraz live & acoustic"
