Did you put in a cheat for all of that...I forgot the cheat for every podestrian as elvis and they were stealing TVs anf i forgot the one for the bounty in your hair and the one with the Tank car

How does anyone know that this is what he originally looked like? It's just a statue of him wearing different clothes and without the hat, a more aggressive look to fit in with the twist in the game and what he really represented.
