  • This is such an awesome video, What a man of God. I have seen Big John In Person and He has a wonderful voice. I love the Lord and I really enjoy sharing the word and listening to anyone that does. God Bless You Tube for allowing such vidios and For Big John Hall for spreading the Gospel.

  • Thanks for sharing Mark. What a voice!!! Most Bass singers seem to have trouble staying on key but not this man. He is teriffic. Take care my friend and God Bless.......Rog

  • Thank you Mark for sending Big John Hall performing. I've seen him on the Gaithers. He has a richness to his voice. I hope you're doing fine. Are you ready for the changes coming to your tube? God Bless You, Mark, my dear friend. Love Ya, Gwen

  • Thanks for sharing Mark goodness he has a deep bass voice, This is wonderful. and might I add If I wasn't looking at the vid, I would think that was you singing. Your a fantastic bass singer in your own right ,I'm not taking anything away from Big John believe me he's an excellent singer....Mags :)

  • Outstanding!!

  • @deweysable I think he could do either and still sound great. He seems very comfortable with much higher notes than many other basses can sing. Not to be overly negative, but his resonance in his lower range isn't as smooth as it was when he sang "How Great Thou Art" with the Blackwood Brothers. He is somewhat past his prime in that aspect, but his upper notes have always sounded great.

  • I bet he played football in his younger days, 'cause he is BIG!!!

  • Forgive my asking if he is a better lead or bass? This is one of my faverites.

  • What a great voice you have John! Great performance!!! Love this song about the mighty power of God. Absolutely beautiful......God Bless.......Rog

  • Thats what you call a mans voice "" rich deep tone
