lost odyssey walkthrough - Highlands of Wohl (1/?)

Testing video quality on youtube. It seem like I have to treat these video like Power Point presentation-keep the text big with limited amount of words. Having small text to begin with along with youtube horrible video quality doesn't help at all.

I wonder should I leave the text on top? I'm not used to Quicktime Pro text editing. I want to use other editing programs, but they render file so large, even for simple text. Quicktime Pro doesn't seem to affect by it. Plus, those editing program seem tough to learn for amateur like me. I need some constructive criticism before laying my chips down for all out walkthrough. Maybe, somebody can teach me how to use different editing software. Or I can stick with this style. It is bit easier for me.
