This was an experiment in replacing the music files that the main.rb script calls for. I guess one day I was thinking that Little Samson's music has a similar variety of moods as Eversion, so I got some MP3s from it and plugged their filenames into main.rb. Basically you can just look for every use of loadMusic or playMusic, but watch out, for the stage clear song and the title screen song are used in a couple of different situations. You will also need to change a number that self.counter is compared to in calling stopMusic in the StageEnd class if your new stage clear song is shorter or longer than the old one, because it seems the game has to stop it from looping with a predefined timer. Otherwise, all music cues should be handled as if they were the original game music, including the fade-ins and fade-outs at eversion points.
I did a 100% run so there would be plenty of time to hear every song, though still not all of them get to complete a loop. I recorded the levels one at a time and spliced the best takes together to look continuous, but within each level I got every gem on one life! So you could use this as a video walkthrough of the game too, although I did make a few mistakes and dawdle at times just to hear more of some songs. Enjoy!
(Oh but I didn't hack that title screen fade at the beginning, I just did that with the video editor too.)
I like it :D But why doesn't it tell the word in the corner? And the fourth layer feels sort of out of place.

That's time attack mode for you! That's also why I have to collect all the gems in one go, or it'll put them all back because they serve as time-shavers.
