(July 8)[Notes:ANCHOR VOICE] Appearing in court for the second time this week...Chaudry Rashid seemed overwhelmed with emotion.((My client is going thru a very difficult time and he's distraught as is his family.))The Pakistan native is accused of killing his 25 year old daughter during an argument. The incident happened at the family home early Sunday morning.Police say Rashid became angry when she told him she wanted to end her arranged marriage to a man who now lives in Chicago. During his first court appearance Monday...the 54-year old suspect had obvious difficulty understanding what was being said and communicating with the court. So the hearing was postponed.Tuesday...an interpreter was brought into court for Rashid. ((Judge: You admitted to choking her to death and placing a bungee cord around her neck and choking her to death which was your intent.)) A regular customer at Rashid's restaurant says the details coming out of the court room sound so different from the man they've encountered.((Customer: I would describe him as a nice gentleman. Respectful. Speaks to everybody. I can't see...even if the pizza was wrong he'd go get you the right one and let you keep the one you got. They good people.))Rashid is being held in a county jail and is expected back in court for a preliminary hearing later this month.

@cornbiker the reason he needed a translator dude, is because of court terminology and preceedings, he knows english but not fluent with court terminology and what everything means that being told to him. Think.
