I'm probably stating the obvious to you, but the patient with heart problems was a bait-and-switch. There's that moment of suspense when JD first gives Dr. Cox the bad news, and you think "oh God Ben died." but then Ben shows up and you think "phew it was the old guy with heart trouble." Then at the very end you find out your initial fear was right all along, and hopefully you get the chance to watch it again to see it from that perspective.

did anyone else notice that ben said he would carry around his camera till the day he dies and after the cardiac arrest he doesnt have his camera anymore

The weird thing is in a later episode laverne is following Carla an when she asks doctor cox if that sorta thing happened to him an he said "no but I'm not crazy"

@fallen966 He was saying the old guy he was worried about had a heart attack. Dr. Cox said don't worry he's not gonna die in the next 30 minutes, and 20 minutes later he was dead.

Yeah. Earlier in the episode Ben mentions he'll always have his camera with him until the day he dies. Notice how in every scene after this patient dies, Ben no longer has his camera.
