Because dumbasses believe it is "exploiting women sexually", not understanding the fact that Bayonetta is all about celebrating the beauty of female power and sexiness. Bayonetta has long legs, every step she takes or action she does is graceful. She's gorgeous, but her soul existence does revolve around her being pretty. She has the power to summon demons from hell using hair to punch God's soul into the sun. She's more of a badass than any male character I've ever played.
