As requested, here is another song from the 1946 movie Canyon Passage. Hoagy and Andy Devine share the singing duties and the song was written by Hoagy.
Thanks, for posting another "Canyon passage" song. I've got recordings of about 150 songs written by Hoagy, but had never heard this one. I don't think anybody has ever made a commercial recording of it, of course it would be rather hard to find even if one has been made as it bears the same title as the better known, later song from "My Fair Lady".
It's a bit of a shame there's dialogue over the song in places, but what a great catchy piece.

I have always been a huge Andy Devine fan too but I never before heard him sing in a movie. Amazing! A great clip

I love this stuff. Reminds me of the movies I watched when I was a kid. And I always loved Any Devine, what a great character!!! Great video!!!
