Firearm sales are highly regulated, you have to have a permit in most States to get one and have different one to carry it.

But you know they have fully automatic weapons? The right to bear arms is just as valid today as it was 200 years ago.

@RetSquid How is knowing someone "aiding them"? It's not like I am letting them live in my house. Heck I don't even know their address. My point is things like this shouldn't happen. Americans assume the constitution is a perfect document...it isn't. The right to own firearms applied in a time of civil war not in 2012.

@RetSquid yes I do which just goes to show how poorly regulated firearms sales are in america. Probably the reason why your gun related injuries and homicides are so high too.

You know a lot of heavily armed felons? It is a Federal felony to own, possess or sell an automatic weapon without that license. Semi-autos are legal, they fire one round with each pull of the trigger, just like a .38 revolver does, except they are magazine fed and not by revolving chamber.

@RetSquid A know many americans that own automatic weapons without this "special license". And no most high death toll school shooting weren't done with a small revolver. Almost always modified mag fed semis or autos. I've done my fair share of research. acolumbinesite (dot) com/weapon (dot) html Do those look like small revolvers to you?

why these women are not in the kitchen? they know jack shit about guns. imo civilians should be restricted to pistols and hunting rifles/shotguns. versions of military weapons should not be allowed 'cause you dont need a m82a1 barrett for self-defense.
