I doubt that this would have bothered you had the Republicans won. The Inauguration was worth every ton of whatever. Practically Everyone had a fabulous time. I've never another event that displayed more unity and consideration for one another Living in the Cap=Metro Area is Great!! (Except for that madness that occurred today).

It isnt the most historical. The Berlin wall falling was historical. The fall of communism was historical. Celebrating a president because of his skin color instead of his character, talent, experience or skill is not historical. Its racism.

This inauguration isnt historic; its tragic. To compare obama to Lincoln & MLK is an insult to those who gave their blood to rid this country of slavery, & bigotry. That blood was spilled in hopes that we could see people for who they are without regard to skin color. Today, millions celebrate a new president not for his character, not for his experience, not for his skill, and not for his intellect. Those millions celebrate because the man is black. This is not progress. This is a travesty.
