Rolling influences such as Bach, Vivaldi, Paganini, Chopin ,Serbian guitarist Aleksandar Rakic has recorded Lucida Intervalla, an instrumental CD-R of neo-classical tracks which display his colossal technique to great advantage. While tracks such as "Allegro Veloce", "Finale Brilliante" and several variations on themes by Vivaldi and Rimsky-Korsakov offer all of the classically inspired lines, intricate orchestrations and technically-demanding playing you might associate with neo-classical music. Hopefully a fully realized, professionally released CD is the works for Rakic, so a much wider audience will be able to appreciate his talents.A.Rakic was only 19 years old when he recorded this project.

  • @mcolquitt and none taken ,im just trying to resolve any negative feelings if you had any towards the artist (if you thought he was cocky for naming the song like this) peace

  • @kostaVHjovanovic ou know I should have thought it through before I posted my comments. I guess it doesn't make sense that he would consider this neo-classical. material new and fresh. As I said no offense meant!

  • @mcolquitt well , in sir Rakic's defence , he was not the one giving the title , this was posted buy his friend for who this was a new expiriance in neoclassical music , the name of the song is Lucida Intervalla

  • Come on...Yngwie , Vinny Moore and many others have been doing this EXACT same material since the early 80's. Help me out here....what is new and fresh about this? Yngwie was doing this at 15...I have actual (very raw) recordings of him at that age playing this same neo-classical material. No disrespect meant...just don't get what is new about this.
