This is right over the top of my house. 35 seconds into the video, you see Lancaster Road and to the right is my wheelie bin :D. You can also see my mums house 5 doors up.

i heard it was to do with some important russians coming to visit the Queen, it must be something special as their in class A airspace and below 3500 feet

Hmmm quite mysterious, the accompanying planes look like Learjets, which begs the question why would Learjets be accompanying a wee beastie like this. If someone really important was on board - I dont imagine Learjets would be the accompanying planes. Maybe it was some kind of test flight, and the learjets were monitoring / filming. On the second pass towards the end it looks like something is protruding from the bottom of the main plane.
