@tokinGLX I remove my whip after every draw. The lower the temperature the more dense the vapors are, this causes a higher concentration of THC in a smaller volume of air. Sticky/oily herb yields a lot more vapor than dry herb. My philosophy is keep your temp as low as possible and never let your whip sit on the heat without pulling air through it. The longer you apply heat to oil it oxidizes and loses strength and yield. THC is an expectorant & causes productive coughing, be prepared :)

if you are using one with a ground glass connction between the heating element and the wand, you can leave it in there between hits, removing it only to stir the bowl and then to empty it when it is done.

i would suggest giving 7th floor a call. they oftentimes can walk people through simple fixes over the phone.

nice video...good stuff. ive got an issue with my vaporizer...maybe someone can help me with it.
i bought a new whip for it and although there is a screen on top of what screws onto the vap, there is no other screen on the bottom to catch the ground up herb (basically, putting in any ground up herb would simply go through the whip and into my mouth). did i get ripped off or is this whip strictly for buds of herb?

i would contact the shop/person you bought it from and ask if it is for a specific type of vaporizer. seems pretty odd tho that there would not be a spot to put the screen in the wand.
