How to find Articuno in Pokemon Emerald!

Do as instructed in the video and you should hopefully find the wild Articuno in Rusturf Tunnel!

If you're smart then you would know that this is a load of bullsh*t and that you can't actually get Articuno in Emerald (unless you use Colosseum). I used a Cheat Code to get Articuno to appear as any wild pokemon. To do this you need to get an Emulator and an Emerald Rom, then find the cheat code for Articuno.
