I'm thinking about starting these exercises in the morning before school, I usually wake up at 6:30, so 6..and do them for about 30 mintues sound okay? and I'll also do these before my shower at night. You are really an inspiration, I really want active in the winter time. thanks :D

  • those one leg squats really are so much harder than they look, Good job!

    I love it when your doggy is on the mat looking up at you almost looking worried about you, "Mom what are you doing, are you okay?" My cat gets on my mat all the time and I have to politely ask her to move... :)

  • How many cm big is your ball? I was looking at amazon because I want to get one now that I've seen how much you can do on it and there's 55, 65, and 75 cm balls! (That's what she said :P) What size do you recommend?

    Also, how many reps should I do as a beginner?

  • @Jnortsify ~hi! i'm not certain how large it is...however when i purchased it I had 3 options & I chose the middle size. Hope that helps, sorry I don't have a specific size for you!! Also I would start with 2~3 sets of 10-15 reps & build up from there! XO!~

  • Hello darling I have just find you channel and I work out at the Gym 3 time's a week I also do Martial Art's on a Saturday for 1hr and 30 minutes My body is toned but I would like it to be very toned I wake up at 6am Monday to Friday for College I do a lot of walking ie 1 hr walk to college I also walk my dog how long and how many day's a week would you say to try your work out for to get very toned??? xx <3

  • you should do jump squats only with shoes that have an antishock. believe me this is not good for your knees.
