Only if the louse climbed on to her brush and then on to your head. Just have a someone check your hair. If you don't see lice or nits, you are fine.

HEEELP i have a problem!! An infected person (my friend) touched/combed my hair with her hand. Will i get head lice?

@TwillightHeavens The only way to get lice from your friend is to have them crawl from her head to yours. Just because she touched you doesn't mean you will get lice.
