Nothing special. Just a comparison between Silent Hill 5's nurses and the Otherworld transition effects, which are very similar to the design of the movie.
Would Alex really have nurses like that in his Silent Hill? Maybe he saw the movie before he went to town... xB

I don't get why James's nurses are so popular, but about the movie, even though it was good from my point of view, it's a bit harder to understand than the games. most of the monsters were in the movie for fans to see, they didn't exactly represent someone's anxieties or anything like that.

Yes...The movie is based mostly on the first game...I believe that is a storyline connection...

I don't think so...My opinion is the game designers never had the chance to use the nurses from the SH movie in a SH game since the movie has no storyline connection at all with the games, and they would never reuse the same nurse design from the previous games...

Yeah there is a similar comparison to them, except the face the SH5 nurses don't have bloodstains on them and the only use knives and their uniform reveals a bit more of their cleavage than the nurses from SH2

Ah, that is a good point. The SH2 nurses do have differences. However, when you consider all of the nurses from the previous games, they have very large differences in characteristic designs. The SH2 nurses are the closest in design to the SH movie nurses. For better sales, the industry likes James's nurses the best. xP Still... the whole point is how similar Silent Hill 5 is to the movie. Dx And the movie was very misleading...
