Annnw so beautiful! I' love to have one!

agreed, but the Indian cheetah went extinct mostly because of captivity and being taken directly from the wild, but this cheetah was probably from a captive litter, with no chance of being released, so theyre overreacting XD
-
good lord people, if they did take it in as a pet, it definitely wasn't plucked from the wild, its 99% probably taken from captive breeding facilities, in which there would be little chance of him being released anyway
yes, captivity did drive the Iranian cheetah to near extinction, but that was because they were captured from the wild directly...

can cheetahs be domesticated? I think it would help the animal if humans domesticate it. It would save more of them from dieing in the wild and going extinct.
-
I totally agree with iamlumin : cheetahs are not pets !! And we, humans do respect it . I feel sad, watching this !

That's Awesome! Do you take it out for walks? What do you feed it? Live or dead meat?

ever heard of Duma? a little boy found a cheetah cub a newborn cheetah cub and kept it untill it was like 1 or 2 years old.

LoooooooooooooL
Are you Serious?
In your House?
:P
Totally stupid. Cheetahs are not pets, they are endangered and don't belong in someone's house. In fact, humans tried to domesticate them in the past and virtually loved them to the point of extinction in many countries.

Just like typical armchair conservationists to say stuff like "domesticating caused near extinction" when just about everything BUT that is at fault. Also, simultaneously liking cheetahs and "feeling sad" when watching a short video of one that is living a life 10x better than would be possible in the wild doesn't necessarily make a lot of sense, either.
I'm not saying that everyone should have them as a pet, but given ample room and a good family they can be quite happy, just like any animal.
