In fact google "Libyan Peacekeepers Philippines" and see that the Philippine Govt (likely with U.S. State Dept approval) has allowed a LIBYAN PEACEKEEPING force to take over from Malaysian Peacekeepers in Mindanao, the Muslim part of the Philippines.
