Buffalo Street Gangs & The New Visions Unlimited Part 3

In this short film, Community Organizer Sam Smith recalls the gang violence situation in the African American community of Buffalo, NY in the early 1970's, and the efforts to initiate a city wide gang truce.

In part 3 ,Smith organizes the youth gangs into "The New Visions Unlimited" in an effort to reform their lives and integrate them back into society.
