4:40 it's a scientific fact our brains has capability to control temperature of the body. certain tibetan monks practise meditation to raise the temperature of the body and once a year put their practise at test. tv crew went to see these monks and join them at mountain edge overnight. they were wearing modern mountain clothes, while the monks were naked under just thin blanket. come the morning, tv crew had been fighting for their lives while monks were all warmed up by this specific meditation

how can u americans enjoy watching nascar? such boring tracks only go circle. where's the skill in cornering different corners like in formula 1 or basically all other racing types?
