There's some deception on that. People living in cities always have less living space than those in the suburbs. America is still more prosperous than Europe, but that is a clear exaggeratoin.

Fair enough. Things have gotten so contentious I am not sure there is any middle ground. Lee Hamilton may well be right that we have more to fear from within the country then from without. Yep, Obama all the way. When he finishes in 2016 he will go down as a great president.

@okturus the history of the world is filled with war. talk to 911 families about healing. talk to the families in iraq and afghanistan who have died in one conflict after the next for centuries. some day you might wake up to the realization that there will always be a policeman with a gun who will be called on as last resort to solve disputes among opposing views. if you ever do wake up, you will be thankful that policeman has been America rather than the despots who rule most of this planet.
