This was the Legacy Colin was driving. Prodrive and David Richards wanted to use the Impreza but Subaru thought the Legacy made better marketing sense at the time.

I love ice lake racing. I ice lake raced in Minnesota in a rental Ford Escort. Ended up hitting a snow bak and creasing the right front fender and bumper. Oh and the headlight was busted.
-Front bumper: 200 dollars
-Front fender: 150 dollars
-Labor: 575 dollars
-headlight: 110 dollars
-Having a freaking blast getting sideways on a lake in a rental Escort with three friends: priceless. LOL.
