Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb solo #1, Fast/Slow Version - Lesson, Tutorial. I hope this will help those of you who want to learn how to play this first solo from Comfortably Numb. Tip: Play each section over and over until you have it down, then move onto the next section. To learn this solo, I used the original Pink Floyd demo track from gilmourish.com and played section 1 over and over until I got it down, then went on to section 2 and so on. If you do this, you will learn it quickly. Enjoy! :-) Shot in HD so you can see it very clearly. I hope this helps all of you who have requested this demo, and I thank you for all of your positive comments and support. Subscribe to my channel for updates and new solos.

  • Perfect!

  • please could you explain how you got the effects spot on.

    amazing video too mate.

  • I think the effect is a little too much, just get a muff pedal or a FuzzFace which is a reissue of the arbiter fuzz that he used and throw in some reverb :) Not saying any sound is perfect, you will never recreate his sound exactly because his beautiful style is incorporated.

  • is this a mode or pentatonic and if it is a mode can you give the name please?

  • sounds great,what effects are u using?

  • Thank you for your vids. I learned a lot seing it.

  • Dude, we can't see your pick hand. some lesson.
